Management wishes to inform prospective corps members of the University of Benin that call-up letters for the 2010 National Youth Service Corps Batch "B" Service are ready for collection at the University.

For the avoidance of doubt the following are eligible to proceed on National Service:

1. Full Time graduates
2. Medical/Dental Doctors/Optometrists/Pharmacists that have completed their house-manship/internship and were duly mobilized.

Collection Dates:

The Call up letters will be ready for collection on Wednesday 30^th June - Monday 5^th July, 2010.

Time: 9.00am - 4.00p.m daily

Venue: Uniben Sports Complex, Ugbowo Campus

Requirements:

All prospective corps members are required to present the following before collecting their call up letters.

• University of Benin Student Identity Card
• Original and a Photocopy of  Statement of Result
• Original and a Photocopy of Screening Certificate (Clearance Certificate)
• One Passport Photograph
• Registration/Proficiency Certificates, evidence of registration with professional bodies for Medical/Dental Doctors/Optometrists/Pharmacists.

Please note that orientation camps will open on Tuesday, 6^th July, 2010.
