  2. Only candidates admitted should proceed to the designated banks to pay acceptance fee of #30,250.00 made up as follows:

    2. Clerance card         -  N14,500.00

The attention of the Management of the University of Benin has been drawn to a misleading Public Notice inviting candidates who scored between 180 and 199 in the 2010 UTME to a POST-UTME Screening Exercise on 27th and 28th August, 2010.

The said Public Notice titled, POST U.M.E INFORMATION was signed by one Mrs. Ahanor who claim to be the Registrar of the University of Benin.

2009 / 2010 Part-Time Results Have Been Released

The University of Benin Admissions Board has released results of 2009/2010 Part-Time (including Diploma) examinations conducted sometime in June, 2010.

Candidates who sat for the examinations and those whose course examinations were not conducted are advised to ckeck their results as well as their provisional status on the UniBen Portal using their registration and acess code numbers.

Dates and guidelines for clearance exercise will be communicated in due course.

Management Extends Deadline for Payment of Fees/Charges By Students to Tuesday, 20th July 2010

Following the plea to authorities of the University of Benin in some quaters, to soft-pedal on the decision to expel students who refused to pay their fees/charges before the expiration of the 14th June, 2010 deadline, Management has graciously extended the deadline to Tuesday, 20th July, 2010.

POST-UTME Screening Exercise For 2010/2011 Academic Session

The 2010 Post-UTME Screening Exercise of University of Benin (UNIBEN) will take place on Friday 23rd July 2010 and Saturday 24th July 2010 in various centers within Ugbowo Campus of UNIBEN. ALL candidates are expected to be seated, latest by 9.00am each day of the screening.

All candidates who chose UNIBEN as University of First and or Second choice and who scored 200 and above in the UTME are eligible to participate in the Screening Exercise.

Collection of NYSC 2010 Batch 'B' Call-up Letters

Management wishes to inform prospective corps members of the University of Benin that call-up letters for the 2010 National Youth Service Corps Batch "B" Service are ready for collection at the University.

For the avoidance of doubt the following are eligible to proceed on National Service:
