Newly Admitted Students Requirements for Online Clearance
Upon successful creation and payment of the relevant acceptance fee, students must upload the following documents:
Documents Required for Upload
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- WAEC or NECO/NABTEB result (Statement of result or certificate)
- Scratch Card(s) for result verification (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
- Local Government of Origin Certificate or Affidavit
- JAMB Result Slip with Passport
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy)
- Acceptance Letter
- Guarantor's Letter
- Affidavit of Good Conduct
- Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cult
- A RED BACKGROUND PASSPORT at the side of the JAMB biometric picture
Important:
- Pay your acceptance fee
- Upload relevant documents
- Request clearance
- Upload scanned copies of scratch cards matching submitted results
- Only records of those who request clearance will be processed
- Clearance activities are conducted online, so there is no need to visit campus
- Successfully cleared students will collect their signed eligibility document upon resumption
- Once cleared, proceed to pay school charges and register courses online
- Meet your course adviser for validation of courses
